Analysis of the Current Situation of Electronic Health Literacy among College Students#br# from a University in Dali Area and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract: Objective: To understand the current situation of electronic health literacy of college students from a University in Dali
area, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 1 114 college students from a University in Dali area were selected
from June to November 2023 by cluster random sampling method for electronic health literacy survey. Results: The total score of
electronic health literacy of the 1 114 college students was (29.28±6.07), and the qualified rate was 22.40%. The results of Logistic
regression analysis showed that the average monthly living expenses, father′s occupation, mother′s occupation, whether the only child,
whether the students ate on time, the regularity of their life and work, sleep quality, and whether they participated in the activities of
health-related clubs were the electronic health literacy influencing factors(P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of electronic health
literacy among college students from a University in Dali area needs to be improved. Colleges and universities should strengthen the
publicity of health education and improve college students′ ability to judge and make decisions on online health information.
